  • Non‑attendance without notice is non‑refundable


4.3 Booking Rehearsals online

  • All rooms and time that are available for hire are correct - Please do not call us if a slot is unavailable.

  • All online bookings will receive an email confirmation detailing date, time room price etc.
     

4.4 Rehearsal Cancellations
 

  • If you need to cancel an online booking you must call us or reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible

  • Persistent cancellation of bookings may result in a charge for room hire or removal of the online facility


5. Intellectual Property

All content on erooms.org.uk—including text, images, branding, graphics, and media—is owned by E Rooms or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission

  • Use our branding or materials for commercial purposes

  • Claim ownership of any content on the website
