E-Rooms offer a wide range of outsourced music tuition created to inspire and build confidence.We offer GCSE curriculum teaching and revision alongside non curriculum tuition designed to inspire and nurture creativity. Sessions may be held at our purpose built studios, or on site at your school. We have courses designed for large or small classes or one to one tuition. Introduction to Live Music (Group) Instrument Tuition (solo or group) Music Production (solo or group) Music Theory (solo or Group) Drum Circle Rhythm Class (Group) We can also tailor courses to suit your Schools specific needs. Education for Schools E-Rooms Education Rock School Group Sessions E-Rooms RockSchool is a group course for up to 30 young people, 5-16 years based on an Introduction to Live Music, including DJ’ing, Recording and production, Drum Circle and Playing instruments live as a group. RockSchool can be run as a one day introduction to music or as a full term/year course culminating in a Performance Day, giving the students an opportunity to perform the skills learnt on the course live on the E-Rooms Stage for friends and family. All sessions are run and supervised by E-Rooms staff. All E-Rooms staff members taking part hold enhanced DBS clearance and a qualified SENCO will be present throughout the course. All equipment required for the course will be supplied by E-Rooms E-Rooms Whole Class Teaching In Your School E-Rooms Whole Class Education is designed to complement and support the wider school music curriculum with progress recognised through built-in performance opportunities and an end of year assessment. With E-Rooms your pupils… Learn to play a wide variety of instruments Learn to read basic notation and tab Play together in an ensemble Sing together to support their learning Are introduced to DAW recording software compose and create music Take part in performances Experience a wide range of musical styles “Every child aged 5-18 has the opportunity to gain a solid music foundation through E-rooms whole class teaching. E-Rooms will supply all instruments, portable PA System, and Relevant IT hardware and software. Typical delivery pattern is usually 1 hour contact time with 15 minutes planning/set up. There are 38 sessions over the year with a minimum of 34 teaching sessions and any remaining are used for performances, planning and evaluation, checking instruments. Available from just £1400 per year (34 weeks) single term option available. Alternative Curriculum Education Music is a crucial part of all children and young people's lives, whatever their abilities, experiences or backgrounds. For young people in challenging circumstances, music, the arts and creativity can often be the key to re-engaging them with learning.
